• You agree that ONE STOP Internet Business Services may retain your personal information for the duration of your membership with ONE STOP Internet Business Services. Upon your termination or removal from ONE STOP Internet Business Services, we will remove your information from our database. This does not guarantee that we will not reacquire your email address through FFA or other prospecting methods we use.
• Payment of commissions or referral fees from recommended services is the responsibility of each and every program pursuant to their specific terms of service, agreements, and individual policy and procedures as they, in their sole discretion, may set forth.
• As a member you may earn revenue that you generate by participating in and performing certain actions, steps and procedures unique to each of the programs recommended by ONE STOP Internet Business Services. The amount of revenue and mode of distribution is established by each program and is independent and beyond the control of ONE STOP Internet Business Services. You will hold ONE STOP Internet Business Services harmless in the event of nonperformance of any program listed in ONE STOP Internet Business Services. You hereby understand that, while ONE STOP Internet Business Services does perform due diligence prior to recommending a program, that ANY changes the recommended program makes is at its sole discretion and beyond the control of ONE STOP Internet Business Services and that ONE STOP Internet Business Services is blameless for any and all such changes.
• With respect to the use of any and all ONE STOP Internet Business Services member(s) and/or resources, you agree NOT to (without specific ONE STOP Internet Business Services authorization):
• Conduct surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).
• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity).
• Publish, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information.
• Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any non-personal purpose.
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
• Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message or offer of help or advice.
• Transmit or upload any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other harmful or deleterious programs.
• Transmit or upload any material that contains software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
• Interfere with or disrupt networks connected to ONE STOP Internet Business Services or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the ONE STOP Internet Business Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the ONE STOP Internet Business Services or its Service Provider, through password mining or any other means whatsoever.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations including, without limitation, laws regarding the transmission of technical data or software exported from the United States through the service.
• Interfere with another member's use and enjoyment of the ONE STOP Internet Business Services.
• You agree not to use incentive advertising. This is offering substantial rewards to people for joining ONE STOP Internet Business Services. The determination of what is substantial is at the sole discretion of ONE STOP Internet Business Services. If you feel you may be in violation of this policy, please contact abuse@onestopinternetbusiness.com.
• As a ONE STOP Internet Business Services member, you understand that you are NEVER to direct a communication to any of our staff that is anything other than civil and respectful. In many cases, our staff members VOLUNTEER most of their day to help you. You make their task easier and more pleasant when you communicate coherently and with respect, providing all pertinent details along with your Login information.

Limitation of Liability
ONE STOP Internet Business Services and its members will not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance under this membership agreement for causes beyond our control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: Computer hacking, system failures Internet failure, acts of war, strikes, labor disputes, acts of nature, etc.

You agree and understand that in no event will officers or directors of ONE STOP Internet Business Services be liable for any direct, or indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential and/or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this web site or with the inability to use this web site.

Exclusions and Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitation may not apply to you.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless of ONE STOP Internet Business Services and its affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees from any third party claim or demand, including attorneys fees, due or relating to your use of this web site, your violation of this Membership Agreement, or content you submit to or post on the ONE STOP Internet Business Services web site.

This Membership Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ONE STOP Internet Business Services and shall govern your use of this web site. This Membership Agreement shall supercede any prior agreements between you and ONE STOP Internet Business Services. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use third party services or content.

If any provision of this Membership Agreement are found to be invalid, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions and that the remainder of the Membership Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

You agree to comply with the laws of the state of Colorado that apply to your membership and the commissions you may receive. If the law of your country, state, or province of residence prohibits or limits your participation as a member, then you are responsible for complying with such laws and you agree to indemnify ONE STOP Internet Business Services against any breach by you.

Your ONE STOP Internet Business Services membership and the benefits you receive as a ONE STOP Internet Business Services member may be transferred to your heirs upon written notice to, and authorization from, ONE STOP Internet Business Services.
